Greta Van Susteren says she got hoodwinked by Attorney General Loretta Lynch when she praised her declaration that the new DOJ policy would be to hold individual corporate officers responsible themselves rather than the only corporation for their criminal misdeeds.
Exclaiming, “What a phony,” Van Susteren describes how she erroneously thought we finally had an Attorney General standing up for the people. She should know better. First, she’s working for Obama, so there will be only one beneficiary and it isn’t the American people. Second, she’s already acknowledged that she is willing to accept lawbreaking by the right individuals. That was evident in the HSBC money laundering in which no charges were filed against rich Wall St. fat cats as well as her admission during her confirmation hearings that she was fine with Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty and illegals working in the US in violation of the law.
Greta should never have praised this woman nor should she believe a word she says. Maybe she’s too prone to giving an undue benefit of the doubt but clearly Lynch won’t get away with it again.
She said, “The ink had hardly dried on her new policy when she sold you out. Just hours ago, the DOJ cut a deal with General Motors [Government Motors] for failing to disclose a known ignition switch flaw in its cars that killed 124 people.” GM has to pay $900 million but not one of the corporate executives responsible has been indicted and she doesn’t buy their phony news conference proclamations of future prosecutions either.
She puts it succinctly as “Phooey, I don’t buy that for a second.”
After noting that it is not the executives but the corporate shareholders who will be anteing up the fine money, Van Susteren says in disgust, “The system is so rigged against you. And Madam Attorney General, Wow, you sold us out fast.
